About Me

  As a therapist, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Diplomate in Sexology, and have a 2-year certificate in Sex Therapy. I have been practicing for almost 30 years, with a wide range of experience from teaching in graduate programs in universities to working with the court system, in an inpatient hospital unit, ICU, contracting with county and state agencies, and my first love, private practice.

I’m required to obtain 20 hours every two years of continuing education, and have explored most of my areas of interest including treating trauma, burnout, the role of self-care, EMDR, providing Supervision for licensed and pre-licensed therapists, and I am a Master’s Level Reiki Practitioner.

  As a Tantra Coach, I'm a Certified Tibetan 5 Element Practitioner and Tantra Certified Sexologist. I was introduced to Tantra in Seattle at a training for therapists in 2015, saw and experienced how Tantra could enhance connection and intimacy between two people, and spent the next several years looking for a school which resonated deeply with my core beliefs. I am delighted to finally be able to bring the teaching and practices of 5 Element Tantra to my clients. I have seen and experienced Tantra as a spiritual approach to sexuality where intimacy becomes an embodied expression of sensuality, pleasure, profound connection, and healing.

  I believe deeply in the healing power of sexuality, the intersection of spirituality, and in each person’s ability to experience pleasure and enhance healing in their lives through intimacy with self, as well as with a significant other. I bring compassion, presence, reflection, intuition, and a trauma informed lens to each interaction.
